A New Technology for Electromagnetic Waves May Be Beneficial to Nanotechnology | Chapter 2 | Current Approaches in Science and Technology Research Vol. 15

We propose employing a recently developed technology for the replacement of metamaterials with electromagnetic time reversal processes to some nanotechnology challenges in this work. Metamaterials are a new and intriguing topic of physics research that has its own set of applications. The primary idea is to combine two key facts: We can better localise electromagnetic signals, for starters. Second, we can use lower-frequency waves more often than we could without this technology. To that end, we describe a number of example studies in which the vector-matrix formalism could be applied to nanotechnology.
