The development of computers and network systems has had a significant impact on corporate management in the United States. English-language management books abound. Reading the texts will be easier if you have a good understanding of the characteristics of English in the sector. In this paper, metrical linguistics is used to compare different English books on management and computers. In conclusion, the frequency characteristics of character and word appearance are investigated using a C++ software. To approximate these attributes, an exponential function is applied. The ratio of Japanese junior high school required vocabulary and American basic vocabulary is calculated to establish the difficulty level and K-characteristic of each topic.
