A Brief Study on Meigs’ Syndrome | Chapter 5 | New Frontiers in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 4

 Meigs' syndrome is a rare complication that includes a benign ovarian neoplasm, ascites, and pleural effusion. Meigs syndrome can occur in about 1% of ovarian neoplasia cases. Many metastatic cancers have similar signs and symptoms. Early discovery and treatment of the illness results in a higher prognosis and survival rate.

The goal of this study is to figure out what causes Meigs syndrome.
