Handedness refers to a person's predilection for one hand over another when writing. The study's goal is to report on the information acquired from 160 first-year medical students. Thirteen were left-handed, while the remainder were right-handed. Seven guys were left-handed, whereas 41 were right-handed. Six females were left-handed, whereas 102 were right-handed. Handedness was found to be natural in 85 percent of cases on the left and in 98 percent of cases on the right. Despite being a pilot study, the study's most important discovery was that handedness is innate.
