Impact of Workplace Influencers on Performance | Chapter 14 | Advanced Aspects of Engineering Research Vol. 16

As management education has developed, general management programmes have become obsolete. These days, specialised management programmes are all the rage. Professors must have specialised expertise in one or more of the key subjects in order to do so. This necessitates a thorough grasp and absorption of skills that must be transmitted to management students. The faculty's role is crucial in producing not merely graduates but also internationally regarded citizens. Faculty can only be concentrated if the workplace is filled with positive vibes and atmosphere. This study looks at the impact of many workplace characteristics on professor performance. Primary data from 629 faculty members and regression analysis were used to decode the influence. Faculty can only benefit from development if they are challenged to reach new heights. This demands strong leadership as well as ongoing mentoring.
