Authorization in HSV-DWT-DCT - for Depth-Image-Based Rendering 3D Images: An Advance Study | Chapter 17 | Advanced Aspects of Engineering Research Vol. 16

Content protection for image-based 3D data is becoming increasingly crucial as low-cost 3D display devices become more common. The rendering is based on depth images (DIBR). The 3D picture, which is made up of the centre picture and the depth image supplied by the content provider, is one sort of picture-based 3D data. The left-eye picture and the right-eye picture are created on the content consumer's side from the centre picture and the depth image. The topic of blind watermarking for DIBR 3D photos is rarely studied in the literature. To address the content protection challenge of DIBR 3D photos, this study proposes a unique blind multiple watermarking approach. We discovered that in watermarking DIBR 3D images, proper embedding order is far more important than the traditional criterion of mutual orthogonality among reference patterns for multiple water mark embedding. According on test results, the proposed method is robust against JPEG compression and noise addition attacks. More intriguingly, the proposed watermarking has been proven to be capable of tolerating wide range variations in the depth picture during rendering.
