Perceptions and Experiences of Healthcare Workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Kosovo | Chapter 10 | Current Innovations in Disease and Health Research Vol. 4

 The purpose concerning this chapter is to experience the impact of the pandemic on the strength system in Kosovo, and perception and happenings of health artists during the pandemic accompanying COVID-19. Healthcare workers knowledgeable exposure to constant news coverage (supposed “infodemic”). They had doubts and uncertainties surrounding the right situations to give cases. They were at risk of contamination working and at home, and experienced sequential lockdowns and social restrictions.This is a cross-divided, online survey established study, administered to healthcare workers in three health management institutions; Regional clinic in Peja, Regional hospital in Gjakova as a secondary level and UCC that is the only tertiary level in Pristina, to take part in this survey from 15 March 2020 to 30 July 2020.An online survey questionnaire was used to draw information on the participants' traits, asking ruling class about things like gel help sanitizer, not necessary gloves, masks, and facial securing shields as well as belongings like: did they receive facts about COVID-19, do they experience stress working, and did they know about community health policies and measures. The disappointment was that if they become infected, the chance of transmitting the bug to other family appendages will increase.  Accurate, reliable and reliable data and information is an essential support in times of change, such as that created by COVID-19. This involves both the distribution of information about the virus and measures to hold it, and ensuring that any accumulation of personal dossier – in particular health dossier – complies accompanying data protection flags.Our study made clear by what method crucial it is to address the universal experiences and worries of front-line staff members. Age, gender, chronic sicknesses, and trainings may all be apt shield healthcare professionals from dread during disease that is widespread. There was a pandemic big public health and economic impact everywhere. Disease prevention and control measures contain the provision of protective supplies, disinfection, cleanliness rules, isolation and vaccination as high-quality measure for its stop.
