The Relationship Between Anorexia and Fatty Acids | Chapter 12 | Novel Aspects on Chemistry and Biochemistry Vol. 1

 The aim search out examine the friendship between the anorexia nervosa and hormones in the way that leptin, ghrelin and fatty acid fragments which are the main strength sources of the anorexia nervosa. Anorexia Nevroza is an consuming behavior, psychological disorder. It is an unconscious subjective disease in which corpse weight is missing and this loss is not customary. It is considered as that irregularities in hormones, neurotransmitters and metabolic molecules are the main determinants of these disorders. The mentioned hormones are leptin, ghrelin, greasy acids and especially unsaturated greasy acids. The role of nutrients, to a degree fatty acids, in organizing body burden is known. In fact, it is very important to explain the process of appetite absorption in anorexia disorder.
