The administration of appendicitis with appendicectomy is very common in surgical practice. A very precious and recognized difficulty of appendicitis and appendicectomy is the formation of an enterocutaneous fistula. The management of enterocutaneous fistula changes depending on the production of the fistula, its location, the asperity of the disease and the patient's characteristics etc. They maybe managed discreetly or surgically. Traditional surgical management demands laparotomy with bowel redistribute and anastomosis. Here, we describe a 43-period-old gentleman the one had cecocutaneous fistula on the background of an former open appendectomy. He had laparoscopic fistula excision with more necessary wedge medical procedure of the affected bowel. With advances in littlest invasive surgery, laparoscopic approach is chosen option existing due to early recovery and abated morbidity. At this moment paper we also reviewed the administration of enterocutaneous fistula.
