 The aim search out examine the connection between the anorexia nervosa and hormones in the way that leptin, ghrelin and fatty acid particles which are the main strength sources of the anorexia nervosa. Anorexia Nevroza is an consuming behavior, pica. It is an unconscious intellectual disease in which physique weight is wasted and this loss is not authorized. It is considered as that irregularities in hormones, neurotransmitters and metabolic molecules are the main determinants of these disorders. The mentioned hormones are leptin, ghrelin, oily acids and especially unsaturated oily acids. The role of nutrients, in the way that fatty acids, in organizing body burden is known. In fact, it is very important to explain the process of appetite absorption in anorexia disorder.
