The Linking of Emotional Intelligence and Team Performance: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing | Chapter 2 | Current Topics on Business, Economics and Finance Vol. 6

 The research that checked the connections between moving intelligence, knowledge giving, and team influence is outlined in this item.  The study also investigated the impact of passionate intelligence and knowledge giving on team performance.  Although these interplays are crucial for reconstructing team performance, skilled aren't many empirical research that look at these interplays together. This study used data from 357 workers of SMEs in Vietnam to analyze those partnerships using SEM.  The obtained dossier were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS Version 22. Results from a test of these friendships largely support our hypothesized model. The judgments showed that through encouraging information sharing, moving intelligence indirectly raises team performance. Furthermore, information sharing has a direct impact on by what method well a team performs. On the other side, skilled is a strong equating between sharing information and emotional intelligence. The study's verdicts, implications, and suggestions for review course are explored.
