Background: Charcot-Marie-Tooth ailment is not yet correctable. Symptoms are treated with splints/ orthoses or accompanying physical exercise healing. So this chapter aims to present the existent methods and their effectivity. Methods: The existing reviews and meta-studies are summarized and their judgments (only RCTs) are shown as patterned mean differences SMD in forest plots, sifted by symptoms. Results: Effect sizes range from SMD = 0.19 on walks, favoring control group (persistence training) to SMD = 0.80 on gait, rewarding experimental group (balance preparation). Conclusions: Strengthening and endurance training only show narrow effects on Charcot-Marie-Tooth manifestations. Balance training appears to be the most active.
