Myths of Labour Analgesia | Chapter 4 | New Advances in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 4

 In cultivating nations, labour induced sleep is still very infrequently used and sanctioned. Only 7.14% of potential mothers saw about labour analgesia. In comparison to primigravida and multiparous girls, the nulliparous wanted significantly less labour analgesia (p 0.003). The most frequent justification for refusing painless labour was a desire to create naturally. One-fourth of the parties thought that labour induced absence of feeling was harmful to the unborn youth and against God's will. Although there is a lack of understanding and agreement of labour analgesia, girls with prior knowledge were significantly more interested to it. Another significant determinant in why labour dullness is not widely accepted is false news.
