Modern Approach of Testing Multiple Faults (Toggling Faults, Bridge Faults, and SAT) of Combo & Sequential Blocks Using ROBDD | Chapter 5 | Research and Developments in Engineering Research Vol. 2

The main aim of the research to find the weaknesses at all levels of all philosophy designs which includes in both producing combinations and sequential blocks of the design. In this study, we grown ROBDD (Reduced Ordered Binary Decision Diagram) designs to find toggling faults, bridge sins, and SAT (Stuck at Fault). Here, we grown sequential blocks utilizing ROBDD and applied to the mux to find fastened at faults that link to the combo. We more developed the bridges 'tween the blocks of ROBDD designs and converting bureaucracy to and or logic to find the bridge weaknesses of the design. Toggle and bridge faults were derivative using fastened at fault methods. Focused on the path delays by alluding the faults (toggling and bridge mistakes) at mux logic out utilizing simple fastened at faults orders. In our research the basic design modules are ROBDD revolution of both producing combinations and sequential blocks are created and tested utilizing Multiplexer and K-map Simplification Methods. According to the changed research, modern tests for fastened-at-fault detections are inadequate to detect the mistakes in multiple fastened- at-faults, bridge mistakes, and also toggling blames.
