Labour Commitments in the EVFTA and Requirements for Amendments and Supplements to Vietnamese Labour Laws | Chapter 6 | Recent Trends in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 1

 This branch aims to review and evaluate the divisions of Vietnam's labour law and its skill to meet labour commitments in the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA). The main content concerning this chapter is established analysis, synthesis, inclusive assessment, and painstaking comparison with documents of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), rules of EVFTA, and other allowable documents. By examining Vietnam's regulation on labour and pointing out the current limitations and weaknesses of this regulation, the study proposes any of amendments and supplements to perfect Vietnam's labour law, gathering the requirements when international economic unification.
