Hyper-reflective Spots in OCT Imaging in Retinal Diseases: Imaging Features and Clinico-pathologic Correlation | Chapter 5 | New Advances in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 1

 New potential biomarkers for retinal affliction with an important affect diagnosis, forecast and management are recently handy and continuously found because of the rapid advances in the electronics of optical agreement tomography. One of those biomarkers are the hyper-reflective spots that were in the direction of a broad spectrum of retinal diseases specifically diabetic macular edema and age related macular deterioration and others. Detecting those HRSs is crucial in the administration strategies of those afflictions as high lightened in this place chapter.
