Effects of Anger Management Mindfulness Program on Mental Health and Fatigue of Psychiatric Nurses| Chapter 5 | Research Aspects in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 5

 Psychiatric nurses in clinics faced stress and anger in milking at COVID-19 pandemic, cause there were so many limits in a ward. To suggest high quality of choose patients, anger administration of nurses is main. The purpose of this research search out investigate the belongings of the Anger Management Mindfulness program on mental fitness, physical and insane fatigue, resilience, and self-mercy of psychiatric nurses. Participants were 6 insane nurses in 2 hospitals in Western Japan. Participants trained the program in home individually already a week, total 3 occasions. They completed questionnaires of the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) to measure insane health, fatigue analyze scale, elasticity scale, self-compassion scale and free feeling description pre and post the program. Results presented the followings. The mental fatigue and total fatigue considerably decreased. The GHQ score considerably decreased, but elasticity and self-compassion score acted not change. These findings disclosed that the Anger Management Mindfulness programme had a positive affect mental and total fatigue in addition to mental well-being. Participants’ impression too supported these results. In future, we need to prove these results containing more participants.
