Route Network Optimization in the Dakar Airspace: Surface Navigation| Chapter 11 | Current Overview on Science and Technology Research Vol. 1

In this study, the network of air routes' map was improved by removing inefficient routes and replacing them with the most effective ones. For integers, a linear programming paradigm was developed. The task was to use performance-based navigation to determine the best paths through superspace. The best routes were found by using the DIJKSTRA method, which finds the shortest path in a graph. In simulations utilising the Python programming language in busy traffic areas, the advantages of surface navigation were shown. In this effort, the higher airspace and the conceptual stage were looked into.
