This solution aids blood banks and lab operations in gathering and managing crucial data in a highly regulated environment. The working medical device solution shows both the need for medical device connectivity and the potential of bidirectional communication. The medical device software system is connected to several devices with various functionalities along the blood supply chain to create the final hardware/software ecosystem. Nearly 400 blood centres employ the medical device solution, which enables customers to monitor and improve blood production processes.
