Body Mass Index and Skin Fold Thickness in Young Females| Chapter 3 | Research Aspects in Biological Science Vol. 6

This study expected to decide the connection between Body Mass Index (BMI) and skin overlap thickness in youthful females.

In this cross-sectional review, BMI was estimated as weight (m) isolated by square of level (h2) and rear arm muscles, suprailiac and mid-region skin overlap thickness were estimated in females utilizing a skin overlay caliper. All estimations for skin overlap thickness were taken multiple times and a typical worth was taken.

The review incorporated a sum of 251 members. The mean skin overlap thickness of rear arm muscles was 22±6.02 mm, stomach district was 24.41±5.84 mm, and suprailiac was 21.23±5.74 mm.

BMI and SFT were demonstrated to be altogether associated in the rear arm muscles, stomach, and suprailiac locales. The BMI and active work were essentially connected.
