A Lightweight and Efficient DL Based Intrusion Detection System: An Advanced Study | Chapter 1 | New Visions in Science and Technology Vol. 9

 

The intrusion detection system was created utilising a variety of machine learning algorithms. For training and testing, a variety of publicly available datasets were employed. Various machine learning algorithms were used to analyse the performance matrix, such as accuracy, precision, and recall. On diverse data sets, a few deep learning approaches have also been employed to measure the performance statistic. As a challenge and for future study, other deep learning approaches that provide greater accuracy with real-time data traffic are required. We will look at various machine learning and deep learning methods for evaluating performance measures on diverse data sets in this post.
