Chenopodium album is an invasive weed that can be found in Egypt's wheat fields. In a Petri dish experiment, the current study proved the ability of MILAE (Mangifera indica leaves aqueous extract) at various concentrations (5, 10, 15, and 25%) to limit the germination and growth of C. album. The increase in MILAE concentration was linked to predictable levels of inhibition in C. album seedling germination and growth rate. As the concentration of MILAE increased, the lengths of the PL (plumule) and RL (radicle) of C. album were dramatically altered, with the effect being most obvious at a concentration of 25% extract. Because MILAE's leaves extract contains significant phytotoxic potential allelochemicals, it was recommended as an alternative bioherbicide in this study.
