In this research, we offer generalised exponential type estimators for the ratio of two population means in the case of non-response utilising an auxiliary feature. Up to the first order of approximation, formulas for the mean square error of the suggested estimators are produced. There are also some specific examples of the proposed estimators. The conditions under which the suggested estimators outperform the relevant estimators are discovered. To evaluate the performance of the suggested estimators, an empirical research utilising a real data set is also provided. The goal of this study is to find estimators for the ratio of two population means in the presence of non-response that are more efficient than conventional estimators and exponential type estimators.
