Evaluation of Quality Improvement through Self Quality Audits: A Case in Lamp Industry | Chapter 7 | New Approaches in Engineering Research Vol. 11

 Self-auditing is a good way to keep improving your quality. This method is being used to assess the quality of the company's CFLs (Compact Fluorescent Lamps). In this project, self-audits were conducted on the shop floor and then at the user's end. The findings of both studies are presented in this research. The cost of the improvements increased by about 0.2 percent, but the benefits were significant, increasing the company's profitability and gaining customer confidence.
