Determining the Importance of SOP in a Family Business from the Entrepreneurial Perspective | Chapter 9 | Modern Perspectives in Economics, Business and Management Vol. 5

Because the plastics industry is a booming industry, UD X, which is involved in it, has a lot of room to expand. This family business's challenge is that there are no standard operating procedures in place, which leads to issues with quality and quantity, which is critical from an entrepreneurial standpoint. The goal of this study is to develop a production standard operating procedure for UD X, so that this family business can run smoothly. A semi-structured interview is used to collect information from respondents in order to assist the writer in developing the SOP. Classifying SOP, sorting SOP, milling SOP, and packing SOP are the four SOPs produced.
