In recent years, the clinical presentation of breast cancer has evolved over the course of its growth and this fact has contributed to the need for new imaging techniques. Molecular imaging and the use of various radiolabeling compounds in order to demonstrate and describe it in everyday practice are a novel feature. The clinical aspects that we feel are of greatest concern are reviewed in this paper.
