This phase aims to evaluate the equivalence between gender, AP position, and clinical performance. Muscular bundles known as accessory pathways (APs) help quick broadcast between the atria and ventricles. They maybe found anywhere ahead the septum or groove of the atrioventricular plan. The etiology of such pathways is mainly unknown. This was a subordinate analysis of dossier from the Division of Cardiac Electrophysiology, Beirut Cardiac Institute, Lebanon. All patients newly recognized with ornament pathways between the years 2010 and 2016 were registered in the study. Information extracted from the healing records included: age concurrently with an activity of diagnosis, gender, traits, and anatomical part of the accessory pathways. A total of 139 patients accompanying AP were enrolled in the study. The mean age of disease was 32.2 ± 13.5 years. With regards to common, APs were more common with men (p-profit 0.04). Males were predominant in both the right and abandoned AP groups (p-value 0.025), even though, overall, most of the AP were left located. Also, men were more commonly pronounced with right posteroseptal (RPS) ornament pathways while females with abandoned lateral (LL) pathways. Concerning the dispassionate presentation, the manifest form was more frequent than secret. The most prevalent ornament routes in the population substitute were on the left. RPS auxiliary routes were more accepted in men, inasmuch as LL pathways were more abundant in females. These judgments diverge from those of hearings carried out in different nations. These results provide trust to the idea that grammatical rules applying to nouns that connote sex or animateness may play a role in the pathophysiology of ornament route development.
