Structural-parametric model, conclusion linear common second-order differential equating, parametric structural diagrammatic diagram, transfer functions of the electroelastic actuator of mechatronics orders for nanoscience are obtained. Effects of lines and physical parameters of the piezoactuator and the outside load on its vital characteristics are persistent. The parametric structural diagrammatic diagram and the transfer functions of the piezoactuator for the transverse, long, shift piezoelectric effects are acquired from the structural-parametric model of the piezoactuator. For forethought of the control systems for nanotechnology accompanying the piezoactuator its the parametric fundamental schematic drawing and the transfer functions are determined. The statement parametric structural diagrammatic diagram of the electroelastic actuator is constructed.
