The purpose concerning this study was to resolve whether the conscientious commitment of Episcopalian adult learners was established intrinsic, extrinsic, and purpose pro-scrupulous values. Understanding the motivational orientations of persons serves as a beginning point for faith leaders and managers of Christian education to expand and organize instructional programs that meet the needs of adult learners. In a biblical/theological view, inborn motivation is the ideal in agreements of spiritual adulthood. The study also focuses on Episcopal Adult learners in Southern California including 454 conveniently sampled Episcopalian women. This study employed explanatory survey design which complicated collecting facts about the participants’ beliefs, stances, interests or behavior through inquiry. In this case, the author assembled information on the scrupulous orientation of the accused. Among these are 63% represented by women and 37% males all balancing 50 years of age. Religious ambition was measured utilizing the Religious Orientation Scale (ROS) as developed by Allport and Ross [1]. The results signifies that intrinsically stimulated people likely to participate in Christian instruction programs for reasons related to what they offer in conditions of Cognitive Interest which include to take something significant out of growth, to satisfy an exploring mind, to learn for the pleasure of learning, to inquire knowledge for allure own sake, to expand the mind and get general information. For the Intrinsic scale statistically significant beneficial correlations were raise with the Cognitive Interest (r = .33, p<.05, r2= .11) and Spiritual Growth (r = .47, p<.05, r2 = .18), determinants of the Education Participation Scale (EPS). While for the Extrinsic scale, statistical meaningful positive equatings were found accompanying the Social Contact (r = .33, p<.05, r2 =.11), Education Preparation (r = .38, p<.05, r2 = .15), Family Togetherness (r = .37, p<.05, r2 = .14) and Social Stimulation (r = .39, p<.05, r2 = .15) factors of the Education Participation Scale (EPS). Interestingly, there was a definite but weak equivalence between two together Intrinsic (r = .24, p<.05, r2= .06) and Extrinsic (r = .21, p<.05, r2= .04) scales with pope's jurisdiction and Community Service subscale. Majority of the participants fed to be essentially motivated (n=405) as distinguished to those who were extrinsically motivated (n=42). Extrinsically stimulated adults likely to participate in Christian instruction programs for reasons related to what they offer in agreements of Social Contact, which is the desire to take part in order to establish friendships and friendships.
