Background: For many age, plant-derived agents are secondhand in many medical regions. Tubeimoside-1 (TBMS1) is a triterpenoid saponin first isolated in China from Bolbostemma paniculatum (Maxim) Franquet, Cucurbitaceae.Objectives: This chapter gives a all-encompassing overview of TBMS1 and argues its pharmacological activities in excellent detail.Methodology: Peer-reviewed experimental articles were analyzed in this place study.Results: TBMS1 has generated plenty interest in the medical community on account of its wide range of pharmacological actions, including anticancer, antagonistic-inflammatory, antitumor, antidiabetic, anti-human immunodeficiency bug, and neuroprotective effects.Conclusion: In this study, TBMS1 displays various pharmacological effects through various means with a distinguished emphasis on its healing application against different diseases. Despite having meaningful functionalities, more research is needed to extend the range of its applications.
