Music is an essential factor of any pleasure; Music plays a key role in connecting hearing’s expectation accompanying reality. Musician is the one, the one brings history to music through skill of his playing. In the old age 18th century the first creation of piano known as competence piano was fictitious by Bartolomeo Cristofori. In 20th century the upright and small grand piano were coined and delivered in market. To most of all music is often seen as fun and safe task without posing some harm to the body. There is a chance for musicians to contract an illness injuries. Pianist is prone harms due to character of musical practice. The present research has shown that Prevalence of PRMD between pianist has been stated in the range of 25%to 93%. The piano an acoustical lyrical instrument from a French origin is appealed to and learned by many children’s across the sphere. Posture plays a vital role in keyboard, correct balance and posture may attain tension free playing. A instrument player entertains the hearing in a form of lullaby sounds that are pleasant, harmonized; the journey of a player from amateur to professional is hard on someone as much we think, each chapter of learning subsists many trails, exams, rehearsals. The main objective of this book search out prevent performing related musculoskeletal disorder between amateur musician that can significantly prevent their career and quit adoration. This book concludes that many researches has expected conducted indifferent geographical part of India accompanying distinct agents in bringing out consequence of the term PRMD from puzzle to history and allow children’s dream may not be shattered unhappy by it.
