In current years, novel transcatheter tricuspid pipe interventions (TTVI) have been grown for the treatment of harsh tricuspid regurgitation (TR) in symptomatic and impracticable patients the one meet the anatomic criteria for fitness. The anatomic working assessment of the tricuspid valve is critical for the choice of the appropriate strategy, contingent upon the currently available method: edge-to-edge leaflet repair, tricuspid annuloplasty, caval implants, spacers, and total pipe replacement. The aim of this review search out discuss the multimodality depict approach for screening TR patients and to label anatomic face to choose the best alternative for the patient.
