The purpose concerning this study was to describe the surgical consequences and prerequisites for total hip substitute in active hip infection. We carried out a almost-experimental study. The study included 40 subjects with 42 active infection hips at stage IV treated by total modern replacement from October 2016 to December 2019 at the National Lung Hospital. We analyzed the subjects' surgical results after at least a old age of follow-up, researched the logistic regression analysis of the determinants influencing these outcomes. According to the surgical consequences, 37 patients (88.1%) had excellent contemporary function, no abscesses, and no sinus tract composition. Sinus tract formations were found in four cases (9.5%).
