Saree Cancer in Indian Woman Treated Successfully with Multimodality Management : A Case Report| Chapter 2 | Perspective of Recent Advances in Medical Research Vol. 5

The present case of saree virulence at waistline, which was opportunely managed following multimodality therapy consisting of medical procedure, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Indian daughters commonly wear sarees, a traditional dress accompanying one end trimmed over the shoulder and a thick line tightened about the midriff. Tight knot in the same place, sweat, soiling and unending use can cause hue, scaling of the midsection and even transform to malignancy. Here, we decorate a case of saree cancer that was favorably considered with various modalities. A 50-year-excellent hindrance was refer to our ward (India) for itching and non-restorative ulcerative wound on waistline. She was tiring saree steadily for 34 years following knot at the same place.Imaging withdraw resonance suggested lymph bud often major and ulcerative tumor. Hertopathological study confirmed it was a squamous container abnormal growth in animate being after she had off-course local extraction. Consequently, she taken converging chemotherapy and dissemination situation. . She is now (2 age subsequently the finishing of treatment) in pardon state. Awareness of saree tumor with Indian is important to prevent diseased lesions at waistline. Multimodality presidency with incision, a destructive agent and radiotherapy is ideal mean for good importance.
