Quadricuspid Aortic Valve: A Surgical Point of View| Chapter 9 | Perspective of Recent Advances in Medical Research Vol. 4

 We present depict findings of an Quadricuspid aortic valve (QAV). Echocardiographic verdicts were supplemented with additional diagnostic procedures. QAV is a unique congenital heart disease. The working status of QAV is predominantly a clean aortic regurgitation. Clinical manifestations of subjects with a QAV depend on the working status of the QAV and the associated disorders. A 70-period-old female patient was suffering from liberal shortness of breath on account of severe aortic regurgitation (AR), understood approximately two age prior to surgery. Surgery proceeded uneventful, and she was released home on the having five of something postoperative day. Good examination result in a follow-up few four months later to intervention has been settled.
