Digitization Best Practices in the Time of Pandemic: The University of the Philippines College of Engineering Library Experience| Chapter 3 | Research Highlights in Language, Literature and Education Vol. 2

 When the library administration closed on account of COVID-19 last March 2020, library stick explored creative and creative ways to assist allure library audience, even working from home. One of these pushs is the eNewsclips digital library of the University of the Philippines College of Engineering Library. This push uses open-source program and is easy to establish, which can help widespread libraries that are just starting to transfer data from one computer system to another their collections through an interview by way of Zoom with the head curator of the College of Engineering library. This paper reviewed objectives, possessions, challenges, and strategies for the request and implementation of digitization in the UP College of Engineering Libraries. It too cited best practices that enabled the athenaeum to optimize adeptness and deliver character service to allure library consumers, such as industrialization, innovation, approachability, IT support, infrastructure, and connectivity.
