The New Principle of Transformation Heat into Electricity | Chapter 9 | Research Trends and Challenges in Physical Science Vol. 2

The overall scheme of heat-to-electric power conversion in a closed thermally inhomogeneous heterogeneous flow with a constantly renewable local imbalance is investigated. A high-speed motor-generator is rigidly linked with a propulsor in the conversion system. Propulsor is a revolving vessel that contains the liquid phase of the working ingredient. It has nozzles on it that discharge liquid into a sealed compartment filled with gas. The jet of working substance that leaves the propulsor due to centrifugal forces is directed in the opposite direction of the generator's rotation, but its phase composition and other thermodynamic properties are unknown. Beyond equilibrium thermodynamics, the shift of the working substance from the propulsor to the closed volume occurs. Electric power generation receives the motion energy of each element of working substance mass leaving the propulsor.
