Arthroscopy is becoming increasingly significant in the care of many hip illnesses, and peritrochanteric diseases have been a focus of study as a result of its development.
Even though it is considered as having doubtful effectiveness, conservative management is the first line of treatment. Alternatively, we have used surgical management for individuals who have failed to respond to conservative treatment. We designed an arthroscopic surgical procedure that includes partial iliotibial band release and bursa resection, which has shown to be effective.
