We use the idealization procedure for finite rings in this chapter to create a class of local quasi-3 prime Near-Rings N with a Jordan ideal J(N) and to admit a derivation of Frobenius. Explicitly defined are the structural characteristics of N; J(N) and the commutation of N through the Frobenius derivations. This research has also been expanded to investigate the symmetries of the graphs ᴦ(N) of the studied near-rings N groups. Indeed, certain structures and orders have been defined by the automorphism groups of ᴦ (N).
