In order to support sustainable fitness developments in change across intergenerations, it is pivotal for universities acting proactively as competency building blocks for preparation all healthcare professionals accompanying the necessary essentialities for a transformative fitness education timetable. According to Omran’s three key stages of epidemiologic transition as in the Age of (i) Pestilence and hungriness, (ii) Preceding Pandemics, (iii) Degenerative and Man-Made Diseases, plus with the later fourth stage of (iv) Delayed Degenerative Diseases as supposed by Olshansky and Ault, all of which shows liberal shifts in disease patterns expressed as in these typical and successive stages are scarcely easy. Especially at this time under these large-scale changes of worldwide environmental degradation and feeling crisis in the Anthropocene that really is predominantly moving global community health. Henceforth, Li has postulated the latest or following the fifth stage of epidemiologic change should affiliate with organization the Age of Environmental and Climate Mediated Health Risks.
