Physical Inactivity and Obesity - A Global Burden| Chapter 7 | Perspective of Recent Advances in Medical Research Vol. 1

 Sedentary behavior is often assumed expected a contributing determinant in obesity. Obesity is a worldwide increasing epidemic issue. It is one of the big contributors to the global burden of never-ending disease and disadvantage. Lack of physical activity is known expected the main cause of obesity and more a leading cause of mortality. Physical inaction is a major risk determinant for developing coronary channel disease and provides to other risk factors, containing obesity, extreme blood pressure, high triglycerides, a depressed level of HDL cholesterol, and diabetes. Looking at the technology-located lifestyle that is appropriate more popular in this place era, the percentage of corpulence is increasing regularly. Moreover, a high prevalence of teenager and adolescent obesity is stated globally, especially in economically grown countries and in citified populations.  if no effective plans or programs are developed to combat and control risk determinants such as obesity, and metabolic disease will help to reduce the socioeconomic burden from now on. This chapter contributes to understanding the union between recreational activity and obesity. This variability is better in developing countries experience nutrition transition and the result of urbanization, renovation, and affluence by digestive habits and lifestyles.
