Exploring Tangible or Intangible Similarities and Differences between the Theories of Urban Conservatio| Chapter 1 | Research Aspects in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 4

 The term, Urban Conservation, refer to three goals of utilising the space, readjusting for efficient traffic, and having to do with social issues [1], which aroused new conservation believes of cultural tourism and tenable management of tradition [2]. In light of the urbanisation process and globalisation development, the emergence of new profit-based preservation theories gives importance to countryside contexts and community date [3]. These new conservation having a theme values solidified the precision of the new UNESCO Recommendation [4] on the Historic Urban Landscape (HUL). The six-step toolkit of the HUL can evaluate educational heritage based on the exercise of an integrated advantage-based and sustainable countryside approach [5], shifting conservation districts of protecting real ancient physical forms to intangible advantage-centric heritage guardianship [6]. This study identified correspondences of preserving implementations or visible measures, and changed inequalities of three barely theoretical challenges by analysing HUL-implemented cases in sequential order. The comparison revealed the communication of emphasising cultural principles and latent profits from the perspective of atmospheres and human rights. However, the communication inspired the study to understand preservation challenges have been further the discussion of existing incidental issues and social.
