Evaluation of Opportunists’ Attitude, Lack of Humility, Insubordination, and their Megalomaniacal Inclinations as an Obstruction for Development and violation of Manners and Decency| Chapter 7 | Research Aspects in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 4

 There are verbalizations saying, ‘It is neither the champion nor the personality, but the people the one are the moving force of experiences, and ‘Trust and respect are the obverse sides of the alike coin’. What do we understand by these verbalizations? The primary question raised in this place study is: Why should I trust one I do not know? There are few subordinates who are knowledgeable that opportunism is a egotistic, self-centred approach to situations that disregards how possible choice feel, but they deliberately defile manners and decency. The purpose concerning this study was to consider the attitude of opportunists and what influences ruling class to violate manners and righteousness. The primary beginnings for data collection contain oral interviews that were attended through face-to-face interaction. The interviews were proposed at eliciting earliest information on the knowledge of the theme. The secondary beginnings included between others, materials to a degree Journal articles, books and theses, and by all means personal experience. The results have proved that opportunists are also unethical, exploitative, unprincipled and take prejudiced advantage of space for selfish ends. It was decided that in any work environment, skilled are employees the one will pounce on any convenient opportunity for individual gain, whether or not it hurts the business, arrangement, project, leader/founder, or co-peasants.
