Obesity (Sthoulya) is the main factor in the development of lifestyle diseases such Type 2 Diabetes (T2DM), Coronary heart disease (CHD), and hypertension. An imbalance of the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), Agni (digestive fire), Malas (waste products), or Srotas, according to Ayurveda, is the precursor of sthoulya (microcirculatory channels). The creation of tissues, or Dhatus, is then disrupted by this accumulation of imbalances, leading to a tissue imbalance that we experience as extra weight. Therefore, in this study, tikta rasapradhan medications in compound formulation of Mustadi Ghan vati as Antaparimarjan chikitsa and Mustadi churna Udhavartana as Bahiparimarjan chikitsa have been chosen (60 patients each). 1) To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Antaparimarjan and Bahiparimarjan chikista in Atisthaulya, or obesity, in comparison to both internal and exterior usage of Mustadi yog. Objectives: •To evaluate the effectiveness of Mustadi Kwath Ghanvati's chemical formulation for Antaparimarjan, or obesity, in Sthoulya. •To evaluate Mustadi Churna Udhavartana's impact on Bahiparimarjan, or obesity, in Sthoulya. •To assess the effects of Antaparimarjan and Bahiparimarjana Chikista on lipid profile, weight, and BMI. •A comparison of Mustadi Churna Udhavartana's Antaparimarjan with Mustadi Kwath Ghanvati's Bahiparimarjan. This clinical investigation was comparative, open, randomised, and study. The aetiopathogenesis of sthaulya is influenced by a sedentary lifestyle, excessive consumption of fatty and greasy meals, psychological issues, and inherited predisposition (obesity). It was also shown that Mustadi Ghan vati helped people lose weight and had reduced BMI ratios. According to the study's findings, Mustadi ghan vati provided greater relief for Sthaulya management than Mustadi churna Udhavartana.
