The debate between natural law and positivist law has gained a lot of press. Ronald Dworkin demonstrates the limitations of positivist law through the use of difficult examples. When we combine Martin Luther King Jr.'s interpretation with the voluntarist natural law tradition, as well as Lon Fuller's "procedural approach" and application of the "principles of legality," we get a stronger argument.
