Anthrax is an anthropozoonosis caused by Bacillus anthracis, a negative gramme bacillus. Palpebral localization is uncommon in clinical practise and complicates differential diagnosis. We present the case of a 5-year-old girl who presented with an underpalpebral pustule that evolved into peri orbital ulceration with necrosis, making palpebral localization of anthrax suspect.
