Three RF pulses in a number of magnetostrictive and magnetoelectric materials were inductively excited by stimulated domain-acoustic echo (DAE) with long-term acoustic memory by means of a pulsed NMR technique with inductive and electric DAE signal recording. DAE strength and magnetization dependence studies on the outer magnetic field have shown that long-term DAE memory is caused by permanent changes in magnetization in magnetostrictive and magnetoelectric materials associated with domain wall displacements or by magnetostriction in magnetite powder grains due to the acoustic wave interaction produced by the first acoustic wave interaction.
