Thin films have existed synthesized using various deposition orders such as chemical usually deposition, vacuum dissolution, thermal dissolution, sputtering, hydrothermal, dip coating arrangement and pulsed laser dethroning. In this work, UV-visible spectrophotometer method was employed to study the optical features and band gap of the obtained thin films. UV-seeable spectrophotometer technique has many benefits such as rapidly study ability, cost effective, flexible and simple to use. This method measures the absorption or transmission of light that pass through the samples as a function of wavelength. The band gap was about 1.5 eV, doubled the solar range.
