Eugenol is an ingredient of inexpensive nature, containing hydrophilic and allyl phenolic functional groups, and is expected to be a major component of chemical synthesis that has eco-friendly properties. Eugenol is an inexpensive natural ingredient, which contains a functional group of phenolic hydroxyl and allyl and is to be a major component of chemical synthesis which is environmentally friendly. In order to conduct the study, Eugenol 99 % was purchased from Indesso.com Indonesia, [Rh(nbd)2Cl] was purchased from Wako Japan, [Rh+] was synthesized according to the literature. MoCl5 was purchased from Wako Japan. NaOH was purchased from Wako Japan. K2CO3 was purchased from Wako Japan. All Polymers were purified by HPLC. Monomer synthesis and polymer synthesis were synthesized according to the literature. Poly (1) to Poly (3) showed widespread UV-Vis absorption at 300-450 nm and poly (4) showed cotton and UV-vis effects at 400 nm. Solvents and temperatures can tune the helical structure of poly (4). The future of semiconductor materials can serve as smart textiles, lab on a chip, portable compact screens, and skin cancer treatment. With cheap and easy-to-obtain basic materials in Indonesia, this polymer is increasing in price. In the future, the helical polymer will become a very useful material. This material has a good prospect of being developed in Indonesia. It was concluded that Eugenol-based polyethylene can be applied as an electronic plastic and in the pharmaceutical industry. The continuation of research in synthesizing new polymers from eugenol ingredients and developing new functions should be continued.

Preparation of Semiconductor Nanoparticles (CdZnS) by Chemical Precipitation Method | Chapter 3 |Current Research Progress in Physical Science Vol. 1

This study explains the preparation of semiconductor nanoparticles CdZnS by the chemical precipitation method. UV visible spectrum for the prepared nanoparticles was analyzed. The band gap energy is determined using the Tauc plot equation. The Refractive index of the material was also deduced from the spectrum. The Group 2-6 semiconductor nanoparticles were synthesized by the chemical precipitation method. The optical studies were done for the prepared sample. We performed the product characterisation by UV- Visible Spectroscopy; the band gap energy was calculated using the Tauc plot. The refractive indices of the particle were calculated using various equations and plotted band gap energy versus the refractive index of the material.

The Influence of pH on the Properties of SILAR Deposited Cobalt Selenide Films| Chapter 6 | Research Aspects in Chemical and Materials Sciences Vol. 4

The following ionic layer adsorption and response method (SILAR) has existed used for the growth of miscellaneous types of thin films. Because of this method has various advantages such as cheap, simple method, can control film thickness and low hotness production. In this work, twofold compound such as cobalt selenide thin films have happened produced by utilizing SILAR method under different pH principles. The structure, surface morphology and ocular properties of the acquired films have been studied by utilizing the X-ray diffraction (XRD), field issuance scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and ultraviolet seeable spectrophotometer. XRD data designated a cubic structure. Based on the FESEM reasoning, grain intensity increased when the pH was increased (pH 2 to pH 4). The band break was found in the range of 2 eV to 2.5 eV.
