The purpose concerning this paper search out improve on the critics of commission and decomposition in abducting expert and supporting Ubuntu knowledge in Social Welfare Organisations in Zimbabwe. In abdicating authority and supporting Ubuntu Philosophy, the orderly allocation of expert by top management in social work organisations remnants a quarrelsome issue. Delegating trustworthiness while abdicating respect and human nobility is a critical issue in social work organisations, as few society-located organisations forsake to consider the basic value of clerks before attempt projects and designating tasks. In governmental parastatals participatory representative principles are not efficiently achieved when empowering duties, the top administration confines itself to main conclusions areas like tactics making, arrangement and control. The lower level managers have enough resolution making expert and support to present innovativeness in their work. Data group systems that were secondhand contained remarks, focus group controversies and interviews. The focus populace contained worldwide, statutory and non-sanctioned organisations in Zimbabwe. The study decided that organization and decentralisation in social work organisations are criticised on account of local beurocracy and inequalities that live in organisations. Respondents established that decentralisation is a meaningful difficulty in upholding organisational principles and morality. Some managements in social work organisations do not think the basic need for fundamental respect and mercy for added agents, to a degree sharing in charge trustworthiness.
